Interim Management Accountant - Hybrid 9-Month Fixed Term Contract | Birmingham | Hybrid Working
We're looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team on a 9-month contract and make an immediate impact.
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to drive performance and support business growth.
What You'll Be Doing Producing accurate monthly management accountsDelivering insightful variance analysis and financial reportingSupporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow managementPartnering with operational leaders to improve business performanceIdentifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance controlsSupporting finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For QBE or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Proven management accounting experienceStrong analytical and Excel skillsCommercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influenceAbility to hit the ground running and work independently
