Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accounts are up to date.Manage payment runs and resolve any discrepancies.Respond to supplier queries and maintain positive relationships.Support the finance team with month-end close activities.Maintain accurate and organised records of all transactions.Assist with ad hoc tasks as required by the finance department. A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance role.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage queries effectively.A proactive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Job Offer
