A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
A professional accounting qualification.Experience in the not for profit sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in financial software and Excel.A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
