We’re currently recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Keighley.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining hands-on accounting responsibilities with strategic business support. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, driving business performance, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reportsSupport month-end and year-end accounting processesAnalyse business performance and provide meaningful financial insightsPrepare budgets, forecasts and cashflow projectionsMaintain strong financial controls and ensure regulatory complianceReconcile sales, cost of sales and balance sheet accountsOversee supplier payments and statutory payment processesSupport payroll administration and related financial activitiesPartner with department managers to provide financial guidance and supportAssist with stock takes, stock valuation and costing analysisIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reportingProvide support, guidance and mentoring to colleagues where required About You Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance roleStrong financial reporting and management accounting expertiseExperience producing budgets, forecasts and cashflow reportsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in accounting systems and Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of payroll processes and financial controlsStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearlyProactive, commercially minded and solutions-focusedAble to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively What's on Offer Competitive salary plus bonusPermanent, full-time positionOpportunity to join an established and successful businessSupportive and collaborative working environmentThe chance to influence business performance and financial strategyLong-term career development and progression opportunitiesA varied and impactful role with genuine autonomy If you're an ambitious Management Accountant looking for your next challenge and want to join a business where your contribution will be valued, we'd love to hear from you.
