Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in an IT Systems Manager, IT Administrator, Senior IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or similar roleStrong Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID knowledgeExperience managing users, devices, permissions, and security controlsUnderstanding of networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and IT infrastructureStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical usersProactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience working with Training Management Systems, LMS platforms, or business-critical applicationsKnowledge of cyber security best practices and GDPR complianceExperience supporting website platforms and system integrationsFamiliarity with AI tools and digital technologies within learning or business environmentsExperience working within education, training, professional services, or a regulated sector Responsibilities: Manage and support Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra IDAct as the primary point of contact for IT support across the organisationMaintain user accounts, permissions, device management, and security controlsSupport and develop business-critical systems, including a Training Management System (TMS)Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), cyber security controls, and data protection processesWork with suppliers and third-party technology partnersSupport system integrations, reporting, and process improvementsAssist with website management, digital platforms, and future technology projectsContribute to digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of emerging technologiesEnsure IT services deliver a positive user experience across the organisation Technologies: AISupportMicrosoft 365SecuritySharePointOffice 365 More:
