About this role

Financial Adviser – Succession Opportunity with Route to Ownership

Location: Derby, Derbyshire

Salary: Up to £80,000 basic, with earning potential of circa £100,000 + share options, hybrid working

Take over an established client bank from a retiring senior adviser, grow it as your own, and buy into the business on preferential terms.

Most adviser roles offer a salary and a client list. This one offers a future stake in the firm.

We're working with a well-established, owner-managed, independent Chartered financial planning firm based in Derby. One of the senior advisers is stepping back from the practice and their portfolio is being divided between a new generation of advisers. The firm has a clear long-term plan: grow the advisory team over the next four to five years and give that team the opportunity to buy the senior partners out of the business at a discounted rate.

This is a genuine succession role for an adviser who wants to build something, not just service a book.
