DUTIES
Your duties as the IT Support Technician include:
Colleague IT Support: Help colleagues with everyday IT problemsDevice Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devicesWindows and Microsoft 365 Support: Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePointOn-Site Issue Resolution: Move around the site to resolve IT issuesTechnology Enablement: Help people get more from the technology they useIT Improvements: Get involved in IT improvements and new technologyTeam Collaboration: Work with the wider IT team to improve support and outcomes
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
You don’t need to know everything IT. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude who enjoys technology and wants to develop.
Ideally, candidates will be:
Friendly, approachable and happy helping peopleCurious and good at figuring out problemsComfortable with computers, hardware and Microsoft 365Able to explain technology without lots of jargonOrganised and able to keep calm when things get busyKeen to learn, get involved and work as part of a team
