Your new role Part-Time BookkeeperBath | Part-Time | PermanentAre you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a part-time opportunity in Bath?We're recruiting for a well-established organisation looking for a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper to take ownership of the day-to-day accounts and help keep the finance function running smoothly.The roleWorking on a part-time basis, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate financial recordsProcessing purchase and sales ledger transactionsBank and credit card reconciliationsRaising invoices and processing paymentsManaging supplier and customer queriesSupporting VAT returnsAssisting with payroll information where requiredPreparing financial information and reportsSupporting month-end processesWorking closely with the wider business to resolve finance queries What you'll need to succeed We're looking for someone with previous bookkeeping or accounts experience who is confident managing their own workload.You'll be organised, accurate and comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel. Previous experience within a small or medium-sized business would be particularly useful.
