What you'll do
Provide legal and regulatory advice on ESG matters across Vanguard's European products and operationsSupport with regulatory change and disclosure projects, including SRD II and the UK Stewardship CodeDraft and review ESG-related reports, disclosures, and statementsConduct legal research, horizon scanning, and regulatory impact assessmentsWork closely with Investment Stewardship and Product Legal teams to deliver pragmatic legal solutions
What you bring
Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE (asset management, private practice, or regulatory experience preferred)Strong understanding of ESG regulations affecting asset managementExcellent research, drafting, and analytical skillsEffective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilitiesCollaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a dynamic workload
