FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a growing motor dealership with the recruitment of a Motorcycle Sales Executive.
Permanent, full-time position based in York.
Salary:
£40,000 – £50,000 OTE + uncapped commission
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a growing dealership and work with a wide range of desirable vehicles. The role would suit someone with motor trade sales experience, or a strong sales background and a genuine passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Help customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs and budgetManage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handoverBuild strong relationships with customers and generate repeat businessPresent vehicles confidently and explain key features and benefitsArrange and conduct test drives where requiredNegotiate deals and work towards agreed sales targetsMaintain accurate customer and sales recordsProvide a high standard of customer service throughout the sales processWork closely with the wider dealership team to ensure a smooth customer experience Skills & Requirements:
Previous vehicle sales, automotive sales, motorcycle or motor trade experienceStrong sales background with a proven ability to achieve targetsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsConfident and professional customer-facing approachCommercially minded and motivated by earning potentialStrong organisation and follow-up skillsGenuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industryFull UK driving licence required What's on Offer:
