We're looking for a Senior Customer Care Advisor to join our Customer Care team, supporting Landlords and Tenants by resolving customer concerns and delivering positive outcomes. Successful candidates can work from a local Connells Group branch or office location.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing customer concerns and complaints both verbally and written.Managing more complex cases across 3 legislative countries.Investigating issues and working with colleagues across the Group to find solutions.Helping maintain quality standards and improve customer experience.Undertaking additional wide range of tasks the smooth running of the team
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from colleagues across the Connells Group who have experience in administration, customer service, or other customer-focused roles. You'll be a confident communicator with a customer-first mindset, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, along with a genuine passion for supporting both customers and colleagues.
