Scheduling & Customer Service Administrator
Location: Bridgwater

Hours: 40 hours per week 8:30am – 17:00pm
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for a Scheduling & Customer Service Administrator for a well-established organisation to joint heir team in Bridgwater.
This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience scheduling engineers, service technicians or drivers, or a Transport Planner looking to move into a varied office-based role.
Key responsibilities:
Planning and coordinating daily schedules for field based techniciansAllocating reactive and planned work efficientlyOptimising routes and travel time to maximise productivityManaging customer orders and maintaining accurate recordsManaging shared inboxes and responding to service requestsLiaising with technicians and customers to resolve scheduling issuesUpdating internal systems and ensuring data accuracySupporting continuous improvements within scheduling and operational processes About you:
Previous experience in a scheduling, planning, dispatch or coordination roleExperience working with field engineers, service technicians or driversTransport planning or haulage experience will also be consideredExcellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workloadsStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable working in a busy environmentsGood IT skills including Microsoft Office Benefits;
