What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in Glasgow on a 12 month FTC, which is responsible for focusing on the operational support of our Core Wealth platforms and the associated users of these. Working closely with both business stakeholders and our third party platform providers, the role develops a deep understanding of how the systems work, to provide technical support in investigating and resolving issues, and triaging requests.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in an Application Support role and Wealth Management, Investment Banking or similar background.
As Wealth Platform Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include among others:
Level 2 technical support of our core Wealth Management platformsWork with our suppliers and internal development teams in incident, request, and change management processesPrioritising technical issues based on impact and urgency while managing a queue of incidents and requests, ensuring work notes are maintainedProvide support for application configuration, releases and upgrades.Problem analysis and resolution for application problems, in conjunction with the business users and third party suppliers where necessary.Participation in testing and release management. Previous experience of working in Wealth Management, Investment Banking or similar with an understanding of Portfolio management suites and trading platformsPrevious experience in an Application Support role or similarProficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systemsPrevious experience / awareness of SQL, Rest API, JIRA, and ConfluenceAnalytical way of thinking along with an eye for detail and be a first-class problem solverDelivery focused, able to multi-task and very much a team playerDesired:
