About this role
Software Developer works within SCRUM team, to develop, design and implement of new or modified software products or ongoing business projects. Target of development is automation of business processes and cross platform automation. Holder of the position handles all phases of software development lifecycle, especially for small or midsize solutions. Follow agreed methodology steps and rituals and take responsibility for produced code to indepenently deliver functional solution with team. Share knowledge with less experience colleagues. Document and share best practices. Constantly work on self-development and follow industry trends.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Development of the complex IT systems/applicationsAnalysis of the requirements and communication with internal stakeholdersUse agreed programing language or tools to develop automation solutions.Development according to Agile methodology – SCRUMCreation of technical documentationCreative approach within complex solution and technology usedActive participation on research & development projectsWork closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts on implementation and testing of the developed solutionTrain users Professional competences:
Very good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially in building custom apps
Experience in implementing requirements in ServiceNow: configuration, scripting, and development of solutions
Confident in using Service Portal, Catalog Items, and Self-Service Applications
Experience with data migrations, CMDB data modeling, and ServiceNow Foundation Data
Understanding ITIL processes (ideally ITIL v4) and mapping them to ServiceNow
Methodological and personal skills:
Structured and reliable way of working with high quality standards
Ability to quickly understand technical requirements and implement them in ServiceNow
Independent work in the development team and ability to work in a team
Experience in agile projects (Scrum) is an advantage
ITSM ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM)
Primary focus on Development in Request Fulfilment / Catalog Items
3+ years project experience
SCRUM / Agile Development experience
Language skills:
Good knowledge of written and spoken GER and ENG

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2000€ /brutto.
