Manage and coordinate the delivery of IT services across multiple operational teams.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service-related matters.Ensure services are delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Monitor service performance and drive continuous service improvements.Coordinate service reviews, reporting, and customer governance meetings. Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600€ /brutto.
