We are looking for an exceptional Management Accountant to join our Finance team and support our village operations.
Our finance team is dedicated to providing support to the business to ensure we continue to perform at a level required by our residents and shareholders. You are guaranteed to be kept on your toes.
You will need to use your initiative, be comfortable shifting gear if priorities change and be tech savvy, familiarity with Technology One (our Finance system), Power BI and IBM Analytics TM1, would also be a bonus! As a fast-growing organisation there's always a focus on continuous improvements and we count on you to help us on this journey.
What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, you will be assisting with the monthly reporting and processes for our corporate functions, contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting the business with strategic and financial analysis, and adhoc management accounting services to the organisation through a business partnering model. You will also play a role in consolidating results and preparing board reports. This role will require you to work with a range of managers across the business, through providing both strategic and day to day advice that informs decision making and adds value to our business.

CA,CPA, CIMA or equivalent experience2+ years' post graduate experienceProven technical ability including advanced excel skillsA basic understanding of cost accounting principlesDashboarding, scorecarding and budgeting experienceExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial managersSelf-driven and results orientated Why join us?
