Title: Software Engineer
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £45,000-55,000 per annum
A growing tech company based in Liverpool is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in a ground-breaking company where the diagnostic software you develop will help improve the lives of people around the world. You will use your expertise to write efficient, polished code whilst also being involved in responsibilities such as troubleshooting, documentation, and solution design.
You will be enthusiastic about working closely in a team, helping to mentor junior colleagues, promote best-practices and coding standards, and introduce fresh ideas.
Essential skillset:
Previous experience with commercial software developmentExpert knowledge of Python and frameworksStrong background in modern JavaScript and frameworks, particularly Typescript and ReactConfident in written and verbal communicationExcellent organisational skillsDemonstrated team-player Desirable:
Experience of Electron / cross-platform desktop applicationsExperience in Machine LearningFamiliarity with AzurePrevious experience developing software in a regulated or safety-sensitive environmentPrevious experience implementing and validating scientific or numerical algorithms Benefits:
