• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently. • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met. • Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed. • Load, unload, and move materials within the facility. • Complete production reports and required documentation. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Work with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Preferred Experience
