Job Title: Warehouse Picker - 1st & 2nd Shift Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Picker to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will sort boxes and arrange them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. Your tasks will include picking and packing products of various sizes, from handheld boxes to large machine parts, using a lift. You will also use an RF scanner and load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets. This position involves working from Monday to Friday, 3pm - 1:30am, with expected overtime until 2 am and occasional Saturdays.Responsibilities
• Sort and arrange boxes on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. • Pick and pack products of various sizes using a lift. • Utilize an RF scanner for inventory tracking. • Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets. Essential Skills
• Experience in picking and packing products. • Proficiency in using an RF scanner. • Ability to load and unload semi-trailers. • Experience in operating lifting equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 3-6 months of warehouse experience. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. • Willingness to work mandatory overtime. • Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
