Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionOur client is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift. This role requires a skilled professional to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems and equipment. The position focuses more on mechanical aspects but requires experience in electrical troubleshooting and motor work. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal equipment performance. Candidates must bring their own tools.Responsibilities
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems and equipment. • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in machinery, tools, and systems. • Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. • Install and configure new equipment and systems. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage. Essential Skills
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. • Strong mechanical skills, particularly in industrial settings. • Ability to perform preventive maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred. • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft environments. • Minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial environment. • Troubleshooting experience in mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics. All necessary safety equipment will be provided. The facility houses kilns and oven equipment for molding products and can reach temperatures over 105 degrees during summer. It can be dirty and dusty, with mechanics rotating on-call duty weekly, compensated with a minimum of 2 hours pay at 1.5x rate. Shifts are flexible, allowing for adjustments in start and end times. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $74880.00/yr.
