What You'll Do
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary production areas • Assist with production setup, changeovers, and equipment preparation • Remove waste, recycling, and packing materials from production areas • Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy • Help maintain continuous product flow on production lines • Move materials and ingredients throughout the facility • Operate pallet jacks and other basic production equipment • Assist team members as needed to keep production on schedule • Complete required paperwork and communicate any production or equipment issues • Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, and company procedures What We're Looking For
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Able to follow instructions and safety procedures • Strong attention to detail and quality • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift • Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly • Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and other physical movement • Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 30°F) Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
