In this role, you'll help launch and shape how Judo shows up in the world by creating engaging, platform-native content that builds our brand, grows our social channels, and brings our challenger mindset to life. Working closely with the Head of Content Management and a hands-on marketing team, you'll turn ideas into content people actually want to stop, watch, share and talk about.

Help build and grow Judo's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging social channelsCreate engaging content including short-form video, social copy, stories, interviews and behind-the-scenes contentWork with bankers, customers and internal stakeholders to identify and capture compelling storiesContribute fresh ideas that challenge traditional financial services contentMonitor trends, audience behaviour and social conversations to identify opportunitiesTrack content performance and use insights to continuously improve resultsSupport a consistent pipeline of high quality content that reflects Judo's brand and values. You'll likely bring:
2-4 years' experience in content creation, social media, marketing or a related fieldStrong content creation skills with experience across social media platforms, particularly short-form videoExcellent writing skills and the ability to create clear, engaging and human contentStrong relationship-building skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levelsThe ability to manage multiple priorities and move quickly from idea to executionA curious, proactive mindset with a passion for storytelling and content that gets no Why you’ll love working at Judo:
