Salary: £45,000 - 49,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in business architecture, business transformation, organisational design, or a similar role involving the analysis and improvement of complex business operations.Experience with business capability models, value streams, process mapping, operating models, and gap analysis is particularly relevant.Confidence working with senior stakeholders, challenging existing ways of working, and explaining complex information clearly.Analytical and organised, with the confidence to ask difficult questions.Experience across multiple departments in a complex organisation is valuable; no specific industry background is required. Responsibilities: Analyse how the organisation operates, identify gaps, and help determine where and how it can improve.Work with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to understand current ways of working and design future operating models.Map business capabilities and end-to-end processes, model processes, conduct gap analysis, and support operating model design.Assess how departments interact, identify overlapping or problematic processes, and recommend changes.Work with the Project Management Office to assess proposed changes, identify dependencies, and align projects with wider organisational goals.Run workshops, gather requirements, map processes, and prepare clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.Translate long-term organisational goals into practical plans and help ensure improvements to people, processes, technology, and services are realistic and measurable.
