Salary: £60,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: Experience owning software products and managing Agile development backlogsUnderstanding of cyber security, secure information exchange, cloud or information assuranceTechnically curious and able to build knowledge quicklyExperience within Defence, Government, National Security or another highly regulated technology environment would be valuableStrong transferable experience will also be consideredComfortable communicating with software engineers, technical specialists, customers and senior business leadersCredible, collaborative and able to bring people together around clear product goals and prioritiesEnjoy taking ownership, solving problems and seeing work progress from an initial requirement through to a delivered product Responsibilities: Operate as a Hybrid Product Owner across Agile and non-Agile environmentsOwn products from defining product goals and shaping requirements through to prioritising the backlog and supporting engineering decisionsWork closely with engineering to translate high-level portfolio requirements into clear, actionable requirements and goalsOwn and continuously manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are understood and progress is visibleKeep delivery aligned with the wider portfolio roadmap, timescales and budgetsOwn the end-to-end release process, coordinating product requirements, engineering activity, documentation, implementation and deploymentAccept completed releases and communicate updates across the wider businessPresent products and their benefits to customers, understand customer needs and gather feedbackUse customer insights to help shape and prioritise future developmentWork with customers to develop and manage customer-specific backlogs where requiredContribute to quarterly delivery plans, forecasts and costsWork with the wider portfolio team to maintain a coherent roadmapMonitor third-party and supply-chain changes that could affect products or their componentsChampion the products by contributing to product collateral, use cases and market messagingBring insight from customers, competitors, partners and suppliers back into product strategy Technologies: CloudProduct OwnerSecurity More:
