About this role
Overview A New York–based, boutique real estate law practice (approximately 10 attorneys) is conducting a confidential search for a Paralegal with commercial real estate experience. This is a hybrid position supporting a fast-paced transactional practice, with an ideal start date of immediately (targeting 10/26/2026). Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on paralegal support across the full breadth of commercial real estate transactions.
• Support transaction workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with matters involving commercial real estate, with exposure to acquisitions and dispositions.
Qualifications
• Paralegal experience in commercial real estate.
• Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on support throughout commercial real estate transactions in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience level: open (any level will be considered) based on fit and relevant commercial real estate transaction support.
• Preferred (not required): experience supporting real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Interview Process
• Team interview followed by a partner interview.
Compensation
• Base salary range: $60,000–$120,000.
• Additional compensation: bonus.
