DescriptionThe Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and front desk staffing across multiple office locations, ensuring consistent service excellence, efficient workflow, and optimal coverage to support patient access and satisfaction.What You'll DoOverseeing daily front desk operations to ensure efficient patient check-in/check-out, accurate data collection, and timely patient flowMonitoring front desk performance metrics, including wait times, scheduling accuracy, and patient satisfactionCoordinating front desk coverage across multiple locations, including float staff or cross-training when necessaryCollaborating with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure smooth interdepartmental workflowsManaging front desk supply inventory, including ordering and distribution of office materials, forms, and patient-facing materialsTraining staff on EMR systems, phone etiquette, and front office protocols to maintain consistency across sitesSupporting implementation of new technology, software, or process changes that impact front desk operationsConducting regular front desk audits to ensure compliance with documentation, billing, and patient privacy standardsDeveloping and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals, aligning team efforts with the companys goalsLeading and inspiring the team, setting clear expectations, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring high levels of employee engagementAllocating and managing resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and tools, to optimize productivity and efficiencyRegularly assessing and analyzing team and individual performance, providing feedback, addressing issues, and making adjustments to meet goalsMaking informed decisions to solve complex problems, mitigate risks, and ensure the success of projects and operationsHandling escalated issues from patients, providers and/or concerns from peer department managersAdditional Skills & QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED certificate5 years of front office manager experience (required)3 years of front office experienceExperience LevelExpert Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Gatos, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
