About this role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Case Management Supervisor to oversee a team of approximately 15 employees supporting individuals in community-based health and human services programs. This role is responsible for staff leadership, performance management, quality oversight, and ensuring clients receive effective support and resource coordination.Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 case management/community-based staff. • Monitor performance, productivity, documentation, and compliance. • Provide guidance on complex client cases and service delivery. • Partner with community organizations and internal stakeholders to support positive client outcomes. • Ensure staff maintain accurate records and provide high-quality client support. Requirements:
• Previous management or supervisory experience required. • Experience in case management, social work, community outreach, community health, benefits navigation, human services, or rehabilitation services. • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, or other underserved populations. • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Microsoft Office, databases, and electronic documentation systems. • Pay is negotiable** Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lansing, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
