Key Responsibilities
- Manage central warehouse and all inbound/outbound inventory operations.
- Oversee implementation and management of centralized inventory software.
- Ensure SOPs are followed at outlet level and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with purchasing for stock forecasts and minimize waste.
- Generate inventory reports and support Finance with accurate data.
- Train outlet teams and build a strong culture of accountability.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain management (preferably F&B/hospitality).
- Familiarity with inventory software like MarketMan, MC, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, proactivity, and adaptability.
- Experience leading a team across multiple locations is a plus.
