The manager will join an exceptional team with a focus on providing first-class care. Responsibilities include managing enquiries to achieve occupancy targets, networking, and supporting marketing activities. Essential qualifications include proven sales and marketing experience, analytical skills with CRM applications, self-motivation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A UK driving license is required.

Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance NEED TO HAVE: Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application Be self-motivated and target driven Have interpersonal and professional qualities Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint) Full UK driving licence. NEED TO DO: Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner. Responsible for all sales activity for the home. Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements. Respond to sales enquiries. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities. Maintain a contacts database. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Experience in sales and marketing (preferably in healthcare), proficiency in CRM applications, self-motivation, interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a full UK driving licence.
