We're looking for a Quality & Sustainability Manager to join our dynamic team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this pivotal role, you will champion our commitment to operational excellence and environmental stewardship by developing and implementing comprehensive quality and sustainability programs. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and ensure organizational compliance with relevant Vietnamese and international standardsDesign and execute sustainability initiatives that reduce environmental impact, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource optimization programs tailored to our Phu Quoc operationsConduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and document findings with actionable, transparent recommendationsAnalyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization using statistical tools and data analysis techniquesLead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive organizational resilienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and sustainability practices into daily operations and strategic decision-making processesDevelop and deliver engaging training programs to ensure staff understanding of quality standards, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements specific to VietnamPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management on quality performance, sustainability metrics, and compliance status, communicating complex information clearlyManage relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure adherence to environmental and quality regulations specific to VietnamEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress toward quality and sustainability goals, adjusting strategies as neededIdentify and assess risks related to quality and environmental compliance, implementing proactive mitigation strategies and demonstrating decisive problem-solvingSupport vendor and supplier management practices to ensure sustainability standards are met throughout our supply chain **Required Qualifications:**
Proven experience of 5+ years in quality management, sustainability, or related field within a manufacturing or operations environmentStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality and environmental management systemsProficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworksDemonstrated expertise in data analysis, statistical tools, and performance measurementSolid understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability best practices, and carbon footprint analysisExperience conducting internal and external audits and managing corrective and preventive actionsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management software or ERP systemsKnowledge of supply chain sustainability and vendor management practicesFamiliarity with Vietnamese environmental regulations and compliance requirementsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in English (written and verbal); Vietnamese language skills are a plus**Preferred Qualifications:**
