Reporting to Fairmont Head Butler, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceIdentify and anticipate guests’ needs and ensure personalized service is providedProvide Food and Beverage services as requiredAssist with any plans or arrangements the guest intends to make during their stayEnsure that all requests from guests are made possible and are followed up onFully understand and have knowledge of all in suite services, technology, amenities, functions and systemsAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Other duties as assigned Previous customer related experience an assetMust possess a professional presentationMust possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal and communication skillsComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Why work for Accor?
