Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-minded F&B Attendant Intern to join our Food & Beverage team. The intern will assist with daily restaurant and F&B operations while providing friendly and professional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Assist with table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Provide information about food and beverage menus to guests.
Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Assist with buffet setup and replenishment when required.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest requests and basic inquiries professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
Follow hotel standards, food safety regulations, and service procedures.
Assist with events, banquets, and other F&B functions when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications
Currently studying in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Russian language skills would be an advantage.
Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to learn and work as part of a multicultural team.
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and customer-service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
