Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Regional Care Assistant across our Barchester complex care homes, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care they deserve and support across a 30-mile radius. Main duties of the job As a Regional Care Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting residents in Barchester's complex care homes, providing quality care and companionship while assisting with daily living activities. You'll work within a 30-mile radius, supporting residents with a range of needs, including dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington's disease. Every day will be varied and rewarding as you assist with everything from meal support to ensuring one-on-one time with residents. Qualifications Essential
Experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills are essential. Empathy, a warm-hearted approach, and compassion are necessary to provide the highest standard of care and support.
