We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and highly organised Hospitality Coordinator to join our team in Hartpury. Coordinating hospitality and catering bookings across the siteActing as the key point of contact for hospitality enquiries and event requestsLiaising with clients to understand requirements and ensure expectations are metSupporting the planning and delivery of meetings, conferences, functions, and special eventsWorking closely with catering and operational teams to ensure smooth service deliveryMonitoring hospitality standards and ensuring excellent customer service at all timesAssisting with administrative duties, including booking systems, reporting, and record keepingSupporting stock control, ordering, and invoicing processes where requiredEnsuring compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures What we're looking for
