We are currently recruiting for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Crumlin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy retail environment, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a retail unit.

Serving customers and processing payments accuratelyKeeping shelves fully stocked and displays looking greatReceiving deliveries and managing stock levelsMonitoring product availability and reporting shortages as requiredMaintaining a clean, safe, and tidy workspaceFollowing food hygiene and health & safety standards at all timesSupporting the opening and closing of the retail unitAssisting with merchandising and promotional displaysDelivering excellent customer service and creating a positive customer experienceSupporting the wider team with day-to-day retail operations What we're looking for
Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essentialFull training will be providedComfortable working as part of a team and occasionally on your ownExcellent communication and customer service skillsPositive and reliable approach to workGood organisational skills and attention to detailFlexible in all aspects of working rosters, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidaysAbility to work effectively in a busy retail environmentCommitment to maintaining high standards of service and presentation Additional Requirements
