About this role
Role Purpose
Deliver a warm, professional and efficient hospitality service across meeting rooms, events and hospitality spaces. Ensure food and drinks are prepared, presented and served safely, accurately and on time, in line with Aramark and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
Hospitality Service
• Set up, serve and clear food and drinks for meetings, events and hospitality requests.
• Check booking details and ensure each service is complete, accurate and delivered on time.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness and guest service.
• Keep meeting rooms, pantries and hospitality areas clean, stocked and ready for use.
Guest Experience
• Welcome guests and meeting organisers in a warm, professional and discreet manner.
• Respond to straightforward requests promptly and communicate clearly.
• Check that organisers are satisfied with the set-up and service.
• Escalate service issues, special requests or complaints to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Events Support
• Support the preparation and delivery of workplace events and functions.
• Complete room set-ups, pre-service checks, clear-downs and resets.
• Work flexibly with colleagues during busy services and events.
Essential:
Customer service or hospitality experience.
Warm, professional and confident with guests.
Good attention to detail and personal presentation.
Able to work calmly in a busy environment.
Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
