Senior Scientific Expert (GU Oncology) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ■Lead or shape integrated evidence generation and publication plans, including company-sponsored studies, investigator-initiated research, database studies, and real-world evidence. ■Serve as a key member of the multidisciplinary brand team, providing medical and scientific leadership. ■Help shape strategic direction within assigned therapeutic areas. ■Translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling medical content and communication strategies. ■Partner with Marketing and external stakeholders to develop effective communication concepts and promotional materials. ■Review and approve promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance. ■Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and external experts. ■Provide medical support by responding to product-related inquiries and training the sales force on scientific and medical topics. ■Lead scientific advisory boards and expert meetings. ■Monitor, review, and communicate relevant scientific publications and emerging evidence. ■Contribute to digital engagement strategies and innovative medical communication approaches. ■Support commercial success by providing scientific expertise that enables marketing and sales activities. WHO YOU ARE: University Degree or above (PHD and above is preferred) At least 3 years experience in a MSL/ Senior Scientific Expert or R&D role in Oncology TA is preferred Experience in driving and managing the medical strategy for various brands in the pharmaceutical industry Clinical research and trial management experience, and be able to interact authoritatively with key stakeholders and investigators. Excellent presentation and teaching skills and to represent the company in a professional manner at medical, scientific and public events. Independent, self-driven, pro-active, extrovert and dynamic Ability to form relationships quickly and have demonstrable persuasive abilities Highly effective communicator both orally and in writing; can get ideas across one-on-in, in group settings as well as in presentations Exceptional leadership capabilities; ability to motivate.
