MUST HAVES:
• 10+ years of BA experience w/in Wealth Management and Financial Services • Experience with Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Fund, SMA, UMA etc. products and familiarity with trading workflows or platforms • Strong command of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency in SQL (writing intermediate to advanced queries) and data analysis w/ hands-on experience in tools such as TFS, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace and Postman • Experience using wireframing and prototyping tools such as Visio/Marvel • Experience with Agile Methodology Job Summary:This Lead Business Analyst, Technology will partner closelywith the Wealth Management & Asset Management Technology Business Unit,Product Management Team, Technology Teams etc. on solutions from inceptionthrough ongoing maintenance. Solutions range from but are not limited to topicssuch as Reporting, Investment Research, Portfolio Management (including UnifiedManaged Account), Tax Optimization, Discretionary & Non-DiscretionaryTrading, Wealth Solutions as well as integration with various other systems.This position will play a pivotal role in providing analysis, including dataanalysis, support from ideation to implementation of new technology solutionsand processes, enhancement of existing technology solutions and processes,including workflow and data flow design. This position will lead businessand functional requirements gathering, analysis and documentation, includingworkflows, wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mapping, dataflows, assistance with user testing and where applicable, processes andprocedures documentation.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Gather Requirements: Participate in cross functional work to solicit requirements towards the product definition and detailed analysis. Creates detailed business requirements for functional (e.g., business processes, rules) and non-functional (e.g., data, security) capabilities. • Engage Stakeholders: Ability to collaborate across various stakeholders from an assimilation, articulation and information seeking and sharing standpoint across the organization. • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partnersDevelopers, QA, UI/UX, Product team and business stakeholders etc.to drive successful and timely delivery of technology solutions. • Build User Stories: Translate requirements into detailed user stories and communicate them effectively to Development and SQM teams to ensure an in-line solution development. • Feature Prioritization: Develop and maintain multiple prioritized application backlog of user stories for Sprint Planning and Implementation and per business prioritization or value-add to end users. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data from analysis and testing standpoint in order to make informed decisions. • Facilitate ceremonies: Facilitate the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. • Leads a team-wide effort to organize, streamline and enhance client experience that emphasizes value, service and attention to detail as well as develop, implement and communicate new procedures, products, and portfolio enhancements. • Perform gap analyses, feasibility assessments, and impact evaluations to shape intelligent, scalable solution designs and guide strategic decision-making. • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate test scenarios, and confirm that delivered solutions meet or exceed business expectations. • Develop and maintain high-quality process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and technical/user documentation to support clarity and adoption. • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert (SME) for assigned systems and business domains, becoming a go-to leader for insight and guidance. • Support production issue investigation and resolution with urgency and ownership, including participating in after-hours support on a rotational schedule. • Champion risk management, change control, and issue tracking best practices throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency and consistent execution. • Lead and influence cross-functional teams: Identifies and implements wealth management opportunities by interfacing with various departments across the firm. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
