Financial Services Representative Position Overview We are seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our Investor Services team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing exceptional support through account servicing, transaction processing, and online account assistance. Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted resource for investors by responding to inquiries regarding account activity, transactions, and investment-related services. • Process investor transactions including purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and other account maintenance requests. • Assist investors with online account access, website navigation, and troubleshooting technical issues. • Provide accurate information to help investors make informed decisions aligned with their account goals. • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling customer concerns and complex situations. • Research and resolve account-related issues by leveraging available tools, systems, and internal resources. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions. • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards in a fast-paced contact center environment. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of investor requests. Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented environment such as: • Contact Center / Call Center • Customer Support • Retail • Hospitality • Restaurant or Food Service • Banking or Financial Services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently research solutions. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated work ethic, accountability, and self-motivation. • Career-oriented mindset with a desire for long-term growth and advancement opportunities. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. • Previous experience in financial services, banking, investing, or mutual funds. • Experience supporting customers in a high-volume inbound call center environment. • Familiarity with account servicing and transaction processing.
