Job Title: Assembler - AfternoonJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the initial stages of manual assembly, focusing on the assembly of valves. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. You may also have the opportunity to work in other areas of assembly, including fully automatic and robotic (semi-auto) processes.Responsibilities
• Manually assemble valves, including hand screwing bolts and inserting sleeves into valves. • Load valves into semi-automated cells and operate machinery. • Conduct quality checks to ensure smooth machine operation. • Package assembled valves off the production line. • Perform other general labor duties as needed. Essential Skills
• Minimum of 1.5 years of assembler experience. • Proficiency in using hand and power tools. • Manual dexterity for small assembly tasks. • Experience in conducting quality checks and using calipers. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications
