• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM • Overtime available, with some days extending to 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM What You'll Do
• Operate CNC and manual press brakes • Install hardware using Haeger insertion equipment • Perform resistance spot welding • Read blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings • Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other tools • Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections • Assist with setups, changeovers, and preventive maintenance • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Cross-train on additional fabrication equipment and processes 🎯 What We're Looking For
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication, press brakes, or manufacturing equipment • Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions • Experience using measuring and inspection tools • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Benefits: BC/BS for Healthcare and MetLife for the rest. 10 paid holidays, vacation pro-rated in the first year and our 401K offers entry at the first of each quarter with Company matching funds (60% of the first 6% of contribution) after 1-year of employment (for active Plan participants). There is a 5-year vesting period for the matching funds only.

PTO - typically 2 weeks to start prorated based on date of hire. 90 day probationary period before being able to use the PTO.
