Youll handle multiple onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy in records and addressing candidate queries promptly. Besides onboarding duties, youll assist the recruitment team with screening calls, application review, and interview scheduling, all of which require precision and efficiency to maintain seamless operations. Your role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. You must be proactive, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about delivering top-notch candidate experiences in a dynamic setting.
