Responsibilities Design and drive a comprehensive change plan using structured methodologies such as ADKAR . Create conditions for successful adoption by anticipating resistance and supporting impacted teams during the transition. Plan and coordinate change activities to ensure internal and external stakeholders are prepared for new ways of working. Collaborate with core project teams to align communication strategies and project priorities. Monitor progress and identify potential risks to provide clear status reporting. Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions linked to process improvement and transformation. Requirements You have proven experience in change management for large-scale digital transformations. You possess deep knowledge of the ADKAR methodology and its practical application. You're experienced in stakeholder management and engaging with diverse teams at all organizational levels. You bring a structured and proactive approach to planning and following up on change activities. You have strong skills in facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions. You are fluent in French , Dutch , and English . Nice to Haves Previous experience within the telecommunications industry. Willingness to visit local sites to collect feedback and build trust with teams.
