About this role
Responsibilities Facilitate discussions between process owners, internal experts, and external stakeholders to drive business process improvements and change acceptance. Perform in-depth analysis of new initiatives or change requests, balancing market perspectives with internal organizational requirements. Document project conclusions, proposals, and working group decisions to ensure clear and actionable insights for the project team. Develop comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios and provide hands-on support during execution, migration, and transition activities. Create overarching communication and training materials to support project implementation and organizational learning. Monitor content dependencies between various projects and maintain a transparent overview of analysis priorities. Requirements You possess 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst . You bring 2+ years of experience within the energy sector , including specific knowledge of MIG4 or MIG6 . You have proven experience with the development and optimization of business processes using BPM . You have experience in quality management and the creation of E2E test scenarios . You possess experience in change management , specifically regarding training and education. You're knowledgeable about DM Measure processes. You have strong communicative skills and the ability to facilitate expert-level workshops. You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level. Nice to Haves Experience with stakeholder management in a multi-project environment.
