The Student Engagement, Attendance & House Systems Support Officer is a hybrid, non-teaching pastoral role established to advocate for a positive, inclusive environment across Carterton Community College. The postholder will provide direct mentoring to build positive relationships with students and families, reduce learning avoidance and implement strategies that increase attendance in school. The role requires a highly visible operational presence across the school site, blending active corridor/classroom behaviour systems support with the coordination and execution of the schools reward structures and inter-house community events.
