We are looking for an organised, connected professional to take lead responsibility for our careers education, information, advice, and guidance (CEIAG) programme - helping students connect their learning directly to life beyond the school gates. Why This Role Matters You will lead, design, and deliver a careers programme that meets the Gatsby Benchmarks and Provider Access Legislation. From conducting 1:1 impartial guidance sessions (Level 6 qualification in Career Guidance required) at key decision points to managing and evaluating work experience placements, you will ensure our students engage directly with diverse industries and post-16/18 options.
