What you will be doing As a key part of the Customer Service Industry Division team, you'll create impact by Providing expert technical engineering support that strengthens customer relationships and ensures Grundfos industrial pump solutions perform at their best across the APAC region.. Your main responsibilities include: Provide timely technical drawing support and product engineering assistance for customers in Japan and the broader APAC territory Review and create product configurations, technical drawings, and specifications for industrial pump applications Collaborate with sales teams and customers to resolve complex technical inquiries and ensure correct product selection Support cross-functional teams by translating customer requirements into actionable engineering documentation Maintain and update technical product data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regional standards Identify opportunities to improve response times and streamline technical support processes
