About this role
The Quality Engineer works closely with teams and maintains open communication with customers to enhance the quality of products and materials. Actively address and resolve customer complaints, providing timely updates on progress and outcomes to boost satisfaction and build trust. You will directly report to QEHS Manager. Your main responsibilities • Collaborate with teams and customers to enhance product and material quality. • Maintain communication with customers when solving problems. • Quickly address customer complaints to improve satisfaction • Use statistical data to prevent issues and share improvements with customers. • Complete other tasks and regularly update customers on progress • Other tasks assigned by QHES manager
