Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational and support roles. • Managing volume recruitment across multiple business units with diverse needs. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment tools • Prepare offers, manage salary negotiations and ensure compensation aligns with internal grading and market benchmarks • Ensure adherence to recruitment budgets, diversity targets, and labor law compliance. • Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees • Support monthly payroll inputs and HR administrative processes • Assist department managers with performance management and goal setting • Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee files and compliance documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning and nationalization goals (UAE/KSA).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • 5+years of HR experience in a generalist capacity • Sound knowledge of United Arab Emirates, KSA and Qatar labor law • Proven experience recruiting across the GCC • Experience in heavy equipment, construction, automotive, industrial or a similar technical sector strongly preferred • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems. • Proactive, reliable and confident working with managers and employees
