Cable Assembly Technician Pay $22/hr Join a growing team that manufactures high-quality medical cable assemblies in a clean, modern, and team-oriented production environment. In this hands-on role, you'll build cable assemblies from the ground up while rotating through a variety of tasks, including wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering. You'll receive comprehensive training, work with detailed build instructions, and develop valuable skills in medical device manufacturing. What You'll Do
• Assemble medical cable and wire harness products following work instructions and blueprints. • Perform cable preparation tasks including cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering. • Rotate between multiple workstations to support efficient batch production. • Use hand tools and assembly equipment to build high-quality products. • Complete assembly documentation and access work instructions through computer systems. • Ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For
• Experience with cable assembly, wire preparation, crimping, soldering, or similar manufacturing work. • Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Comfortable using basic hand tools and computers. • Willingness to learn new skills and work across multiple stations. • IPC-610/620 certification or medical device assembly experience is a plus, but not required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
